how much power,mods,nitrious, ect can a stock ej25(non sti) motor withstand before it blows?

The most I've ever seen was ~300 whp w/stock internals. I'm sure you could get more, just not for very long.

300WHP on stock internals? Haha. Show me proof please. That is nearly trippling the stock power output. A one shot wonder?

You could probably get about 220-240whp max out of that motor.

This was a few years ago. Very well built...I think it almost got 300, something like 288 whp. It was never really driven other than to the dyno...kind of like an unimpressive dyno queen I guess.
