Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

Exclamation Spark Plugs

It is time for me to buy some new plugs for my 1998 RS and My question is which plugs work best. I have heard that for some reason NGK plugs work best in subies. I dont have much done to my sube so I do not need anything like expensive Iridium. Bosch, NGK, Splitfire, and also I think it is time to get new wires should I just go and get them at the dealership or else where.

NGK are a perfect fit for your Subie. Don't get sucked in to the whole Splitfire crap, just go get some NGK's. Whether they be the V-Groove, copper or regular you can't really go wrong with the NGK's. Brian

NGK only offers a platinum plug for the DOHC EJ25, part number PFR5B-11. I believe that was the OE plug for the '98 RS.
