Rough idle when cold and low RPM and CEL P0304

seafoam the sucker a while back and started the lucas fuel treatmen. I am on the second bottle of the lucas thing and no CEL. It did come back on after seafoam, but not since i started lucas. Each bottle is good for 6 tanks. So I am well over 2000 miles since my last CEL. Also just passed SMOG today.

Yeah, I thought about that... but it's running good now so I am just going to leave it as is. Keep in mind that this car is MY00 with 130k on it. I am not going to spend a load of money just to keep it going.
oh and what exactly do you mean by piston 4 might have failed? like getting crazy blow by and what not? If I am getting excessive blow by I should see it in my oil consumption. But it doesn't eat much if any oil at all (never have to top off).
