Quick question regarding P0325 (knock sensor) CEL & wire resistance.
Quick question regarding P0325 (knock sensor) CEL & wire resistance.
I am currently getting a CEL on my 99 RS and am trying to fix it myself.
I've pulled a the code and it's P0325.
At first I thought it was simply a bad knock sensor but wanted to be sure.
I've got a multimeter and wanted to check the resistance on the sensor and also the wiring as well before purchasing a new sensor.
I was wondering if anyone could help me out by telling me what the resitance on the sensor and the wiring harness (between the sensor & ECU) should be.
Any other suggestions on what I could check before shelling out ~$90 for a new knock sensor?
TIA!
Lynn
