Just wondering if i will pass emissions with COBB header set and high-flo cat. These are going to b e added to an intake and exhaust but i kno they will pass. If i will pass with just the header and cat, how bout if i add cams?? I'm in Va, although i don't expect anyone to know the sate specifics. Thnx for any help...
