P0447 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Open

Mods: Headers, exhaust.
I try to clear with my ob2 but it won't allow me to it. It did the tighting gas cap, look for loose hoses on the black canister no sign of errors. No idea HELP, this code has been there for the 6 month

 

try resetting the computer and then leaving the gas cap off. see what happens. i ran with no gas cap for about a month and never got a CEL. (not by choice, i lost it)

reset by taken of the negative terminals, and loose the gas cap?

 

reset: take off negative terminal, leave your door open so the dome light is on and drains all the energy out of the system. let sit for 30 minutes. then reconnect it and just take the cap off and see what it does.
