Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

I'd replace the coil pack, and then decide on your future fixes. It should do it. How many miles on the engine? And realistically, Magnacor wires do nothing for your car. OEM wires have the correct resistance, length, fitment...Anyway, try the coil pack next. Brian

I had the same problem on my 99, they replaced the coil pack and its fine now... I'm using the OEM wires.

I have 8.5mm magnecor wires on my EJ22- no problems after more than 20k mi.
