LW Pulley question

I installed a stock size, lightweight pulley on my car the other day. I made sure that the woodruff key was lined up and tightend the pulley to 100 ft/lbs. The pulley is wobbling a VERY tiny amount, but the belts aren't deflecting at all. IS it possible to tighten the pulley all the way down and not have the woodruff key lined up with the pulley? Or has anyone else noticed this before?

Mine wobbles a little, I think they all wobble just a little, even the stockers.

I installed mine the other day. In my case, at least, the pully does not wobble at all. what appears to be "off" is the bolt. That's how it came from the factory so I'm not worried.
