Looking for E-bay cold air in-take for 2005 Impreza 2.5RS
Does anyone know if these e-bay cold air's will work on a 2005 impreza 2.5RS. I remember seeing on the forum back a while ago someone putting a wrx cold air into a 2.5RS they said they needed a extra clip to attach the intake to the side of the engine compartment. Sorry if this post is mumbled and jumbled rushing to post ebcause i have to get to work

no a wrx intake WILL NOT WORK, its not even the same ballpark. most all 2.5 rs intakes will work, but 05s have mass air, so you'll hafta get one made for the older mass air 2.5s, i had to fabricate a non mass air intake for my 2.2, because it was missing the mass air adaptor, BUT you can get one of those also off of ebay for cheap, you can basicly get an intake and adaptor off of ebay for around 50 bucks, actually ive seen a bunch of intakes that actually go into the fenderwell, but the problem is, they say MUGEN on them...wtf thats honda crap!, but they look identical to a injen intake. hmmm
