So get this, when I reverse sometimes or Im cutting the wheel, SOMETIMES, not all the time like maybe once a week or something, not offten in other words, I hear this knocking noise almost like I have a busted CV joint but I looked at the boots and they seemed fine. Does anyone know what it could be????? I hope it doesnt have anything to do with my rear dif. anyway Keep on truckin!!!!

If its very intermitent i would check the jack in the trunk and see if its a lil loose. That or the motor mounts.

 

aftermarket exhaust knocking against something? go to the back of your car and try swinging your exhaust around see if it hits anything.

 

I dont think its the exhaust just because it sounds like its comming from the front wheel area, Ill be sure to check that out though. Thanks guys and gals!
