Hey... see that little mount for the old stock intake sticking up?
You can take it off and it un clutters the engine alot. IT is just one or two bolts on the side of the tranny. Just jack up your car and they are on the drivers side.

u dont need the wireing harness do u? thats only if u wanna plug it in yurself. if u dont have the harness u can actually get them to install it to the ecu or as the ecu or whatever so u dont have that big harness in the way. it should take the place of yur old ecu. the harness is so u can plug and unplug when u want and u dont have to have a shop do it isnt it

No you don't NEED it, but it does make things easy. If you do not use the harness then you have to connect about 15 wires into your stock harness. It does not completely take place of your ecu. the pp6 is a piggyback system. I just don't want to have to cut any stock wires. i would much rather be able to take it on and off if need be.

Good luck with your case though.

Burton- I would highly recommend just biten the bullet and getting the harness. For one, cutting those wires would most def. end your warranty ( as if all the other stuff doesnt, haha) and if you ever need to take it off, that's gonna be a pain in the ***.
Snow- damn man, that sucks. I can't believe you gotta go to court for some **** like that. I thought they would just write ya a ticket. Either way man I hope you come out on top. I can't stand coppers that give people a hassle for stupid ****, weather you are in the right or wrong. There are worse things goin on. A simple warning or ticket works just fine. This goin into court crap is rediculous and a waste of everyones time.

haha yea theyll try and end your warrenty over anything...honestly though mines 2 years 60000 miles so itll be over in no time anyways and if i need them to do something under warranty heres a lil tidbit a lot of ppl prolly dont no cause i was worried about stuff like that too, but legally, they cant do **** unless they can prove thats what F'd up the car...trust me youll win over them too if u show them...they no they just dont tell anybody. they just say everything gets rid of yur warranty cause they hate fixing anything on warranty. u can throw a turbo on if u want and they cant do anything. but yea i def no what yur sayin if i ever need to unhook it. i dunno. ill think about it. most likely ill order it and take it into my car guy and see what he says would be best

y0, Yeah I definitely recommend them. I've gotten everything I have for the car from them. Shipping did take a little long on a couple occasions, but nothing that would keep me from going through them again.
I have peep'd out that kit quite a few times and I don't think I'm gonna go turbo, atleast not with that kit. If something comes out that is less, I may do it. For $3,500 I don't think it is worth it. Here is why, IMO:
1. It is actually for the RS and is probably not gonna be a direct fit.= possibly more money.
2. $3,500
3. Your going to need to add on other thing's on the car to manage the turbo, ecu, turbo timer, ect. = even more money.
I'm guessing after everything, it may come to around 5-6k. For that much, ya mind as well get a wrx or do a swap. As time goes and more things come out for it, I'm sure other kits will come out that will be less or atleast specificly for 06-07. Until then I'm stayin N/A.-
