Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

maybe but is 5-6psi really worth that price? isn't it $3500? you could build your own kit prolly for cheaper (find WRX owners who are upgrading their turbo) i understand it "could" put you at 210whp but i don't think it is worth that price...i'd rather do either a WRX engine swap (much more durable then the 2.5i) or save up the extra cash for an STi swap...then go from there...at least then you KNOW your engine is built to tolerate 10+psi...

but if you wanna turbo i would say piece your own kit together...start off getting stock up/down pipes from members who are trying to get rid of them cause of aftermarket parts...**** the WRX stock ish on our cars is a good start imo (who cares if they have cats and all that ish...still better then nothing)

yeah what he said...

Well I was SUPPOSE to have my exhaust on today. Ya well guess what, after midas told me they would do it, now they won't install it cuz it is catless and neither will like 5 other people that I called up. Soooooo it looks like im gonna have to be a grease monkey and put the headers & mid pipe on myself and just have midas do all the welding crap for the axle back. YIPPEEEE..now I gotta go spend more money for jacks N such that I will hardly use.

Any of you folks live in Vegas? I'm thinkin about moving back out there.

you know anyone with a flat bad that can transport your car? if so i bet if you take the plate off and go back to midas and say it isn't a street car they'd do it.

hahaha not a bad idea. I might call up one of my friends that work at a nissan dealership and see if he can put the headers and mid pipe on for me. He could do it in the quicks with having a car lift and air tools.

ok so i got my lightweight crank pulley... not really worth it if you are looking for power, but it definatly does make shifting A TON more smooth.

i'm not sure anyone claimed it would give a ton of hp...it's just 1 step of many you need to make to lighten the drivetrain to free up the existing hp

hahaha sorry man. just some issues have come up that have halted production. I am more then likely moving back out to las vegas and I've been caught up with that. Moving to vegas from florida is no small haul, BUT all parts will be on before I leave. Been doing alot of job hunting and apartment searching. I am hoping to be on my way out there in less then a month. This thread WILL LIVE!!!! haha

oh BTW, if anyone wants to purchase a brand new never been used catless mid pipe, hit me up. Since Vegas has some tough laws on emissions out there, I will not be putting that on. It is a catless mid pipe from Rallitek.com. will fit 06-07 2.5i's.

our midpipes had cats? huh lol

the header has a cat bolted up...then the midpipe i thought was just a resonator

im assuming you are referring to the cat delete pipe that came with your rallitek headers?

hahaha, I think it's a test pipe that replaces the cat.
We only have 2 cats for our cars; one within the headers, and the cat converter itself after the headers. Then, it's the resonator and midpipe, and then the muffler.

Oh well whatever, this thing is all one piece. You can see the pic of it in the early pages of this thread. It deletes something damn it. Most test pipes I have seen were maybe like 2 feet long if that.
