i have a 98 rs to start off with. Now the thing is after I got finished with a valve job and putting it back together it turns over and doesn't start. First thing I notice, the fuel pump doesn't run to prime the injectors. So after a few simple tests, I know it's not getting any fuel. I didn't check spark, didn't have any way to then. Now I notice other things, when I shifted into reverse the doors would lock, and into 4th they would unlock, also if I remove the abs fuse (i think) the fans come on and the temp gauge shoots all the way to H. there's a few other things too but I forget. The cars back in Virginia and I'm in chicago so i have to relay what to look for to my dad which isn't easy. So really my question is do I have some sort of ignition control module? and if so where is it located at? thanks in advance.
