HELP! Cooling fan problem.

HELP! Cooling fan problem.
I noticed that only the driver side cooling fan is coming on while the car is running. Do I need to replace the passenger side fan or could it just be a fuse or connection? What should I look for?
...the other fan is for the ac...turn it on and youll see

have you checked to make sure the plug is connected in properly? if it does appear to be, unplug it, clean it with a soft wire brush, throw on some dielectric grease, then plug it back in.
