head and block combos
will the 1.8 or the 2.5 heads fit on the 2.2 block?
and does anyone know if the 2.2 engine can use the 1.8 wiring harness without any mods? or any engine that can for that matter, i need a temp engine while i build mine. need to know what i can use. thanx

Car Info: 95 Impreza coup, green, 5speed 1.8l awd
the 1.8 head will fit for sure
but the 2.5 heads might but because of the big bore the valves are out farther so they might not clear the cylinder ways and that would be very bad
the wiring harness is different for the 2.2 and the 1.8 of any year
