Engine stumble / hiccup at idle

Car Info: '99 Impreza OBS

Engine stumble / hiccup at idle

I've got a '99 OBS automatic that stumbles or hiccups every 5 - 10 seconds at idle. It only happens when in drive not in park or neutral. Has anyone encountered this problem and have any suggestions?

my car shakes when I am standing still. Yeah... it is weird to explain.
