I pulled the code and it means knock sensor 1 circuit high input. Sometime I can clear it, other times not. Only thing I notice is hesitation when accelerating between 2-4K rpn 1st through 4th gear, and its intermitant. The only pattern I am seeing is it is most noticable below a 1/4 tank of gas.

What is the cause of this code and ? how do you repair it? Any factual info would be great, Thanks

 

Sounds like bad gas.

Could also be a fuel filter on the fritz.

Not the most educated guesses but these are solutions to symptoms similar to yours.
