OK so here is the problem. About 2 weeks after i got my 99 2.5rs in October, sometimes when driving the car, it would give out a horrible egg smell. I thought nothing to serious of it. Then about a week after that my clutch started not coming up all the way and i would have to click it up with my toe. Then yesterday when driving, my car started to jolt in 2nd and 3rd gear, after about 2500rpms. And now today i finally get my CEL, and am wondering what is wrong with the car.
I am not sure if the Egg smell has anything to do with the clutch or transmission, but thats the problems my car is having.

Could be some problem causing a too rich condition (IAC, MAF, temp sensor) which may have destroyed your cat by now.
Autozone may read your CEL code, that will be helpful to you or anyone guessing about problems.
The clutch pedal is likely a different issue.
In future, post mileage on car, mods, recent work done, etc.

Well the car has 62,000 miles, no mods as of yet. The only work i have done recently has been flushing the radiator fluids and changing the oil.

Well i went to autozone and it turns out to be of all things : Cylinder 1 Misfire.
I think I have an idea of what that is, but can anyone clarify it for me. And tell me what steps i need to take to fix this problem?

First, please double check your radiator and overflow bottle. Soobs are tricky to get all the air out when filling with coolant. Usually need to turn on the heater on full hot, raise front of car, run till fans come on, fill some more as air come out, fill o'flow, let cool, check o'flow, etc.
Anyway, after you get Autozone to clear the code, swap the plug wire with a different cylinder and see it that one trhows a code, also, you can look around at night under the hood, engine running, for high voltage arcing, some folks use a water spray bottle to help find cracked coil packs and bad wires. Um - might be time for new plugs too. Who knows when they were changed?
If this is a used car you just bought, you may need to replace some other parts/fluids. Do you know if the previous ownner did his scheduled maintanence? If not, a lot of stuff id due around 60K miles.
