apexi or greddy

whats up guys...i just bought a 2000 rs and a injen cai is on the way but i am wondering about the exhaust. i am between the apex-i n1 and the greddy evo..what do all u guys have and which one do u think is the overall better one?...also what sites do u guys get most of your rs parts? thanks

I had a TRUST unit on my MR2 and I didn't like it one bit, and my friend has a GReddy. It's got a really nice deep sound to it, but it's very subtle. I just think the performance gains are in N1s favor. I love A'PEXi!!!

I've got the apexi and its loud. Loud enough that you might want to leave the silencer in the end of it all the time to avoid some cop giving you a ticket when he's having a bad day.

Well I went with the Greddy. Should have similar or better (larger piping IIRC) power gains. It sounds better to me as well. If you want loud, buy a Blitz.

Go for the Greddy, unless you want that crooked low to the ground n-1 look. No lame silencer required for the Greddy and quieter for highway driving. Ive seen and heard them all where I work, and the Greddy is my first choice.

what about the blitz nur-spec...does anyone have this or know anything about it and does it have a slanted tip..thats one of the reasons i might go wit the apex-i..i like the straight tips

a s.o. of 9 (?) diff. exhaust. includes peak tq./hp # and decibel levels. It includes the evo and n-1 and blitz exhaust systems. hope this helps.

I have heard a catless wrx with n1 exhaust and it is as loud as a Harley. As far Blitz Most of their stuff is loud like Bov and exhaust. Personally I want to go with the GReddy EVO. I dont want to draw attention to myself, cops or ricers.

Sounds level differences should at least be the same or similar. Power gains would be different though.

is the n1 really that loud?..if so i dont want it..i do want it to be loud and sound realllll nice but not so loud that someone says look at that ricer frigin honda
