Apex'i Auto Timer install help!!!!

Apex'i Auto Timer install help!!!!
Can anyone help locate the ECU in the 04 2.5RS and will the harness fit onto the ECU, also would i need to splice into the key harness to have the after-engine idle work??? Any tips greatly apreticated. THANKS
