Should be pretty simple. If you take off the foglight covers there is a wiring harness right there. I am assuming it is for the foglights.
As far as the switch inside the caar...I would imagine it is already there too.

I bought the kit from SGP. Very easy to install. Just have to pull back liner from under bumper too install 2 bolts too lights. Oem wireing connectors already there(taped into harness near opening. Pull out dummy plug from left side dash where switch would be if it came with fogs(far left) attached to this dummy plug, is your switch connector, just have to plug in relay which is beside fuse box under steering wheel. Instructions are very detailed, the covers just pop out by prying out at slot at bottom of fog light covers. Pop in new covers. Best bang for your buck is with SGP

Low beams - Osram silverstars
Parking lights - white LED
High beams - not shown - stock
Foglights - 55W Tungsram Gold (produces selective-yellow light)
I'll try to get better pics with a better camera

Not sure if you're still in the market but...This is a super easy install. The toughest part was getting under the mounting location for the fogs in order to get a ratchet on the attaching bolt. Its really a plug-n-play sort of thing. Plus they look sweet and are extremely functional.
