i have asked every intake company including cobb and injen. the intakes will be specific to 05s. i was told the 1999 intake would not fit even though MAF but there is something added on. i dont remember what it is called but since u work at subaru u should know. i am told other intakes will not fit. sure they might work but i rather play it safe and get one made for MY car insted of blowing a couple hundred bucks.
