2000 Outback 4 cyl Hesitation

I have a 2000 Outback wagon with 4 banger. She is starting to get a hesitation mostly notice when leaving from a stop. I replaced, plugs, air cleaner and fuel filter, and ran a can of injector cleaner, no change. Any ideas ?

could be MAF sensor.
