17's are a great up grade.... especailly in the 2.5's big wheel wells, a good set of 17's with no lip, will look like a set of 18's, once you lower it you will be sitting real nice.... as far as gas mileage in new jersey you sit in traffic to long to get good gas mileage anyway so l havent noticed any difference...
