I had a question for my K&N short ram intake kit after installed. I can heard the fluttering sound from the intake. I had drive the MR2 turbo before but they won't have that kind of sound from the intake system. So something wrong with my car or it's normal. Or is my Biltz BOV too tight?

 

Fluttering may be to someone as whishing is to another... so I wont say for sure... but, fluttering generally indicates that the tension rate of your BOV is too tight... the sound that I assume you are referring to is known as compressor surge (fix it asap, this isnt good for your turbo)... you may have had it before the K&N install, but the silencer wouldnt allow you to hear it, and then after install it became more audible...
