my buddy is taking his sti back to stock and needs a down pipe and exhaust manifold. Another buddy with a 2006 non sti has those parts sittin at his house. Are the downpipes and headers the same....will the stock DP and manifold of a 2006 wrx work on a 05 sti? thanks

 

they should work keep in mind that the wrx muffler is diffrent than the STi

 

i knew that and i was almost positive that the dp and mani were the same

 

Not sure abt the manifold, but the tb exhaust will work. One of my friends did the same thing.
