What order to purchase mods?
Hey, I have a question that I have been thinking about for a while. I couldn't find my answer in the forums. As soon as I sell my current car, I am going to start looking for a nice 2006 STI, and was wondering if it was a bad idea to get a full exhaust before I get a tune. Will a catless TBE+UP cause the car to run lean with the stock ecu? I wonder this, because I want my first mod to be exhaust because I love the sound of the boxer engine, and I didn't really want to drop $1500 all at once for a AP (if I decide to go with that) and exhaust.
I can do it all at once, I'm just wondering if it will cause the car to run lean with full exh. What about with just a catback?
The reason is I want to get a mod every once and a while instead of drop all my money at once, and at the beginning, the stock performance will be enough for me and I want to get a AP once the stock power becomes a little more boring.

with just catback its fine, but if you have DP then you will need a tune. so you can get catback right now with out the tune.
then when you are ready for the DP, get it and get it tune. which means buy the cobb AP
