Turbo Timer or a 06 STI

Does anyone know if a turbo timer harness for an 02+STI will work on a 06? I know it says 02 and up but I didnt know if they count the 06's and up?
Thanks for any info.

it should all plug right in all the harness has on it is 3 connecters which plug into the blue connecter behind the driver panel (under steering wheel) also a ground which can be grounded at any good ground source and then the e-brake switch which is one wire that splices into the e-brake switch wire. some people will say you dont need one any way because it keeps coolant running through the turbo but i have an 05 sti and i got one regardless. unless subaru changed all the wiring for some odd reason then it should fit right up ! what one you have in mind ? i have the blitz FATT DC III works great! and i love the fact its not one big unit sitting on my dash or steering colum it has the small remote unit and the big main unit mounts behing the dash.

I have a blitz SBC (Sequential boost controler). Is there any reason for turbo timer except to keep the oil running after the car is turned off? It doesn't give you any control over boost does it?

some offer boost control. it depends on what you get mine has turbo timer with autp presets or i have the option to set the time. also track times voltage readings. others have boost gauges boost controlers etc built in all depends on the product. im happy with my Blitz FATT DCIII its does what i got it to do. but a run of the mill turbo timer will just aid in cool down times
