smogging CA car with Stage 2 tune (was: just a lil help)

hey guys,
alright, so i have searched, but still can not find the right answer i am looking for.
Here is the story.. i purchased my car from out of state with a TBE. I got my Stage 2 tune on it, but... i need to smog it now. i have the stock DP ready to be put back on. My question is, do i have anything i have to worry about, or is it bolt off, bolt on type of deal. Do i need to worry about my tune, or would it be ok for just a day or so until i get it smogged? thank you in advance for you responses... and i'm sorry for the newbie questions...

nah, it's like 5 bolts at the turbo and two at the catback. As far as the tune, running it one day on the tune but with the stock dp should be aight. Just stay outta boost and try not to drive it around all kinds. Your catback should be aight too since those aren't illegal as long as you have all the stock cats in place.

I must be missing something based on the other's posts, but you'll need to flash the stock map onto the ECM & unmarry the AP. A diagnostic connector is connected to the diag link under the dash to check for computer codes, faults, or mods. A stage 2 map will definitely flag a mod during the check. Dont forget you'll need all the cats installed as OEM, not just the DP replaced. You should have 2 cats total. Be sure you don't have anything else like a BOV or stuff. Later.
