short ram or CAI, which one more gains?

looking for APS's or Perrin's short ram or CAI, which one gives more power?

by comparing short ram and CAI, which one is better?
by comparing brands, which one is better?

Well there is always gonna be a heated battle with CAI's and RAI's, a truely what you will have is extreme rich conditions that will ''possibly" cause damage to your car. With that aside you STi already has somewhat of a resemblance of a CAI but a RAI can increase your torque but may have some drawbacks.

I am for having the car dyno'ed, that will straighten out the rich condition and it will extract more horsepower. But without tuning there could be turbulent air that messes up your MAF sensor.
