Need some help with spark plug issue!

So i replaced my spark plugs maybe 300-500 miles ago give or take, to the E3 spark plugs. The guy at the store said i didn't need to gap them or anything. The car was running perfect! This morning i'm on my way to work and the check engine light comes on, along with my traction control light, and then my cruise control light just flashes. I did the code reader and it says i have mis fires. Now the car is still running the same, no problems there. Does anyone have an idea on what it is?

Anything in particular with them, or just them in general?

One step colder plugs made by ngk. Always double check the gap, boxes get knocked around in shipping & maybe a little off. I had a similar problem on my wives civic, it was the plugs.
