Meth Injection and tune issues

Hey,
I just had the Aquamist HMS-4 installed (05/03/2013) along with custom map for 91oct, 91oct+meth and 109oct+meth. I literally just drove the car for <100 miles and I am experiencing issues. While driving on the freeway on cruise control at 70mph, using the 91oct+meth map the Cruise Control light started flashing, the Check Engine light came on and my car started misfiring. I plugged in the AP to troubleshoot and it told me that I have a misfire on Cylinder X. Has anyone ever had an issue like this after a tune? What do you think is the best way to approach the tuner about this issue? I just threw down 5k in labor and parts and I am a little upset, to say the least. If anyone has experienced challenges of this nature, please let me know how you handled tht situation. Also, what kind of expectations should I have of the tuner in this scenario? Thanks!

The tuner shouldn't have a problem helping you out especially if they want to keep a customer. I had a similar issue with my cruise control light flashing and my car was running very rough especially at idle but mine was from a bad solenoid. Best suggestion is give em a call and see when you can get in to have them look into it. Unless he's a complete a$$, he should have no problem with fixing his own work.
