I/C Spray Light on dash

Does anyone know why my I/C Spray light would come on rght below my tachometer. I used my OBD 2 and do not have any codes. It only comes on when I press on the gas pedal. Please let me know so, because it is really bugging me. Thanks

Its suppose to prevent clogging in the tubes... tap water is not that pure.

tap water IS NOT pure AT ALL... its just **** from the ocean and they "filtered" it.
