I got from ur post up top...that u plan on runnin 91 gas only...then i would have to side with Krinkov...and get the reflash.
The xede works well, but the real advantage is when u want to start runnin different maps with higher octane gas.

I hope ur goals are on race fuel.....,a stage 2 STI will not produce enough power to go 11's on 91.

If want 11's on street fuel, look into a GT30 kit...i think Krinkovs' setup should be good for that...on 91...I'm sure Shiv could tune that for U.
