Gruppe-S V2 Manifold QUESTION

I am interested in getting the Gruppe-S V2 Manifold for 02+ WRX / 04+ STI

I have an 06 TR with 3inch no-mufflers catback. I still have the stock cat on because the areas I drive in Cali are a little crazy. I might eventually go with a downpipe also and just be extra careful. The question is what kind of gains will I see or better driveability with the manifold added to just a 3inch catback? Better spool, more power, etc.

Do the downpipe first, the cats are the big power restricter. You would get more noticable gains from the downpipe alone vs. ex maniflold alone....

...now an aftermarket downpipe + ex. manifold + custome tune would be a blast on the 2.5L

On my '05 STI with TD06 20G, the Gruppe-S headers add about 11whp/18 wtq. Not aware of any driveability issues.
