the STi turbo is only a VF39, so it your looking for serious power, this is not the turbo for you. If your looking for the best bang for your buck, go stage 2. Accessport first, then full TBE and don't bother with buying an uppipe since your's is already catless.

This is a common question that cant be answered with so little info. You have to answer some more questions:
1. how is the car going to be used (daily driver, auto-x, rally-x, 1/4 mile) this will determine how you build your car and where the power comes in, which will lead you down different paths of modding
2. what is your budget. where you start depends on where you want to end.
theres more to think about also, but I'm too tired to think of all the different factors
