Unhappy someone Please help me~~~~~

Hi, guys..... My 04 Sti has a weird problem... I have a Blitz Sus air intake, and a blitz dd bov.. other stuff are all stock.. But everytime when you let the car run in idle position, and step on the gas padel, and then release the padel. the car will stall... Even just put in idle, the car will stall too... First time I thought it was the air flow sensor has problem.. but after I replace it, the car still stall.. Anyone know what's going on to my car??

Get a tune or remove the intake and bov. Your car obviously does not like them.

Thats pretty "normal" for untuned cars with these mods.

I had the same problem with my turbo xs rfl, the piston kept sticking and caused the car to stall. I took it off and the car runs perfect now.

If you absolutely have to have the Blitz DD BOV on there...try adjusting it. Sounds like it is not properly adjusted.

Im glad I did some research on upgrades b4 I went out and bought the first things that came to mind, the 2 most common things up'd on a car like this are the 2 things you shouldnt change until much later...

Couldnt have said it better myself. Do exhaust first. Let that engine breathe!!!!!!!
Then maybe some engine management. Do important things first, save the easy stuff for last. IMO

You will definitely see the most bang for the buck out of engine management, down pipe, (a K&N or equivalent air filter is helpful) THEN cat back, CAI, etc. After those things are done, I would recommend methanol injection and a professional tune.

I am no expert by any means, but from what I gather these are the best ways to spend your money.

And unless you are only going in a straight line or youre a big fan of the scandanavian flick, i would recommend some swaybars, endlinks, bushings, etc.

any of my recommendations are jmho, so disagree if you want, but educate at the same time please.

I have heard too many issues with BOVs and I don't think that I will put one on. I don't think that there is a huge benefit to having one.
I recently installed the perrin short ram intake. So far so good! Almost sounds as if I have a BOV.

Well a bypass valve is a blow off with a tube atached to it to recirculate the air back into the system instead of venting it out. having the sri on instead of the stock airbox will open that up alot and you will be able to hear it venting now. the higher the psi the louder it will be. also the closer to the filter the more you'll hear it. also if you add in a turbo inlet your going to hear it even more.
