does increasing boost increase hp?

boost alone does NOT make a truely more powerful car. Retuning the Fuel & timing, & boost maps will make much bigger change in hp/tq than raising the boost alone. I would not recommend ONLY raising the boost, its not nearly as safe or as powerful as tuning all 3.
