Is it loud enough that you hear it while driving? I can sometimes hear the parts moving when I let it out at a stop sign if my window is down and there is no ambient noise.

I had this happen to me with my ACT 6 puck. At first it was ever so slightly only at engagement, just a slight squeal. But as time went on it got worse and would start rattling when I would turn the AC on (only at idle and in neutral). I assumed it was the TO bearing. When I had the new motor installed I was told my PP was shot and needed a new clutch.

When mine first started going out it didn't make any noise beside when letting the clutch out so take it with a grain of salt. If the noise starts getting worse its probably the PP or TO bearing. Just be ready to replace the clutch its not a big deal, the clutch shouldn't be squealing.
