check engine light P0171

check engine light P0171
i had a new turbo/headers/ and a re-tune a few months ago my check engine light keeps coming on.
P0171 system too lean (bank 1)
i keep clearing the light with the AP.
parts i had installed
VF42 turbo
borla un-equal length headers
AEM cold air intake
Invidia catted DP
Invidia N1 Exhaust
anyone having this issue??
im not sure what to do. should i get a re-tune?
