Catback on MY06 STI? Is it safe?

Is it safe to change only catback without remap? Thanks

If you keep the stock downpipe, and change only the cat back you will be fine.

I have 06 STi and I have a catback on with no problem. The only problem is the sweet boxxer engine sound.

Yep, stock DP with a cat-back will be alright. Thought I do recommend tuning to get the most out of it. You'll be fine without a tune til you get a DP though.

I didn't know they sold STI's in Croatia. Welcome to the forums. (:
