Big Engine problem

Heres the problem, while driving, if I put it in neutral my car will shutdown. It doesn't shutdown if I am at a stop light in neutral, it only does it when I am driving. I thought it might be the bov so i put the stock one back on. Not the problem. The only thing that has been done to my car since it has been doing this is i just had my chargespeed v2 bodykit put on. I asked the gentleman at the bodyshop if they had disconnected anything but they said no. I do have the UTEC but in neutral the ecu, i believe is in control on the stock map. Please help!

Is the shutdown kind of a bogging like shut down? In my other car, the A/C zapped so much power from the motor, if I were cruisin from 3k RPM and put it into neutral the RPM's drop, bog and kill the motor. Turning the idle speed up for the summer months worked just fine.

No, it doesn't bog at all, it just suddenly shuts down.
