im planning to buy a 2002 wrx with a salvage title. the car was deemed salvage because it was stolen, and the insurance company paid it off. now the current owner doesnt even use it, he just runs it from time to time to keep the engine running good. the car has 32000 miles. is this a worthwhile investment? its gonna cost me around 7k to buy it, and more for whatever parts i decide to upgrade. what are the basic parts i should install to make the car look and sound mean?
