04 wrx sti with aftermarket header, full exhaust, td05 turbo, turbo inlet, tgvs are deleted with the codes using modified stage 2 cobb tune. after i got my intake manifold back together it was giving me the crankcase blow by and cylinder 1 misfire so i spliced the wires together and its still giving me cyl 1 misfire and pfffe. ive took the oil cap off to check for smoke just incase it was a cracked ringland and there wasnt any coming out. when i get it to idle i can start driving but when i stop it dies. if i deleted the misfire codes would it help. what are other things i could do to get it running good again im pretty stumped this time.

 

How old is the fuel filter?

 

Could be a bad tune on the map. Check the map again.
