Are you sure your turbo is not kicking in at all? Do you hear it spool, turn off the radio drive and u should be able to hear it spool after about 2.7k. If you dont than your turbo is not spooling. Check to see if it's spooling than the problem can be narrow down. You might also want to try resetting your ecu if that helps.
