With just an exhaust I ran 14.01

The Civic would obviously get smoked off the line but if they went from a roll it would be a little closer. When my car was stock my friend with his 94 Integra GSR with an intake was keeping up pretty well in the top end. In stock trim a WRX doesn't have the greatest top end power.

The only car to surprise me yet "on the top end" is a fairly stock 240SX SE w/ the KA24.... but then the almost 1/2 a liter over the WRX really make a difference for raw torque. He wasn't whooping me, but I certainly was surprised by how he held it... that and at the time his suspesion setup was way better than mine
