my personal opinion is that you spend some extra money and invest in fuel rails. if you a lot about subarus you know that the number 3 cylinder is always leaned out compared to the other cylinders because it is the last cylinder to recieve fuel. by putting on a fuel rail kit you get equal distribution of fuel to every cylinder, and this is important when turning up the boost. Fuel is your safety net against frying pistons. You don't neccessarily need them but the perrin fuel rail kit will make your car more reliable along with bigger injectors
#4 is the problem cylinder. driver's side rear.
imo, rails are totally unnecessary (as in, a waste of money) until _well_ over 300whp... there's just waaaay too many people with that power and oem rails with NO PROBLEMS.
