wondering about wastegate fix

I just did the wastegate flutter fix and i turned the wastegate arm 2 turns to the right. it really didnt seem to do anything. i am not even sure if i did it right. once i popped off the c-clip i popped the arm up and then i turned the whole arm to the right and all the way around two turns. is that right or did i do nothing in the process? should i do another turn or am i even doing it right? Am i really even going to notice a difference? thanks for all your help in advance!

sounds like you did it exactly right,

I guess the first question that should be posed is. WHY DID YOU DO IT??

Alot of people do it expecting great things

no, you did it wrong(if I'm reading your post correctly)

you do NOT move the arm, only the part on the end.

1, with the e-clip on loosen the nut(2 full turns) on in the arm near the end.
2, remove e-clip(do not drop & lose)
3, pull arm off of wastegate pivot arm, screw in endpiece 2 turns
4, put arm back on wastegate pivot arm
5, put on e-clip
6, tighten nut back down

oh my ok i feel stupid! that would be the more logical approach! hey thanks so much! welp now its time to undo what i did and do it the right way! and to answer the previous question i did it because i have a lot of flutter spooling up in low boost situations. but seriously that helps so much! thanks man!

ok so i fixed my problem! thank you testes1010! i was barely hitting 14 psi before adjusting the arm, then i did two turns and now i am hitting around 15.2 psi! which is awesome cause i am at about 6,000 ft altitude! it really did help a ton. my car hasnt actually pushed me in my seat yet until today! it runs awesome! anyone not hitting boost target i would definitely recommend it! awesome quick fix! also the flutter is pretty much gone!
