Wiring STI IC Switch?

I just hooked up a manual STI IC spray switch on my wagon. Anybody know how i can wire it up so the rear wiper wont go on when i press the IC switch and also be able to use my rear wiper, i dont want to dissconnect it...i know there must be a way? Serate switch or perhaps an inline relat switch? Any and all input will be greatly appreciated?

What about wiring it so that the rear/front wiper use the same switch?
