or will I need a downpipe and exhaust on top of this?
Thanks for the education.

what does the stage 2 cobb include. I have a helix downpipe, helix uppipe, hiper catback and k&N panel filter. If I get the cobb ECU flash, will this bring me to a stage 2 setup? I'm looking for close to 275HP also.

the Cobb stage 2 is a just an ECU reflash, they tune it more aggressively to take advantage of other mods that you already have. i think that they reccomend a full turbo back for stage 2, but i could be mistaken. check out http://www.cobbtuning.com for details.

hmm... i don't think so.
breathers make a diff, but not that big...
i personally love turbo-backs, but i'll never get one cuz they are expensive and for the most part illegal.

Agreed with everyone else on skipping the intake -- it's just a fat headache, especially CAI's. The turboback, well, that depends on what you want from it. Strictly in terms of power, it's a lot of bang for the buck. From a legality standpoint, well, it could cause some problems... Depends on what you want. Good luck!

CAI are useless on turbo cars. This is because the cooler air from the intake is compressed by the turbo, which heats it up anyway. Then the compressed air is sent through the intercooler which then cools the air to be kept dense and compact, so that when it reaches the engine, more fuel can be used. So on a turbo car CAIs are useless.
